As we approach the new era of globalization, our beloved country, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be prepared to keep up and face the challenges ahead. In doing so, we have to acknowledge the importance of improving our health care system particularly in the area of Emergency Medicine field where we always have to carry the responsibility of saving the lives of people who have suffered spontaneously. Thus, SASEM together with different organization in and out of Saudi Arabia, would always maintain its preparedness, vigilance and continuous upgrade of its knowledge.
