Arafat General Hospital with Dr. Hani Ahmed Mohammed Baroom, a Consultant of Emergency Medicine and Director of Ambulance Support Services at King Abdulaziz Medical City – National Guard Hospital in Jeddah.

He humbly shared the following;

"Serving the pilgrims is a patriotic religious duty as we respect our work. I am trying to improve the aids medicine and support medical services at the Ministry of Health and at other sectors including the National Guard hospital besides my work at the emergency. The rescue services must be improved especially during Hajj season as most of the dangerous cases take place outside the hospitals and outside the emergency sections due to the high temperature and congestions. So we are trying to render the rescue services directly and to train rescue teams working during Hajj season. Such rescue teams are located at strategic locations where the pilgrims are congested the matter that would reduce the number of death cases."
