Membership Procedures
Membership falls into three types:
1. Active Membership, is conditioned :
The membership requestor should have an academic degree or
equivalent in the specialty of the Society. Should pay the annual
subscriptions Whatever the Admin. sees necessary. He must be accepted
by decision from the Council
2. Honorary Membership:
Is granted by the General Assembly for those who had contributed in
development of the Society interest , or he has provided financial
services, the Honorary Member is exempted from the subscription fee,
and he is entitled to attend the sessions of the General Assembly, and
its various committees, and to participate in the discussions.
3. Affiliation Membership:
Is allowed to the Universities students in the field of the Society
specialty. The workers and interested in the scope of the Society, of
those who do not fulfill the qualifying scientific conditions for the
active membership.
The affiliated member is exempted from 50% of the annual
subscription fee value, and he is allowed to attend the meetings of the
General Assembly and its various committees without having the right of
voting.
Membership Termination
The member of the Society membership will be terminated in the following cases:
1. Withdrawal of the member of his death.
2. If he did not pay the annual subscription fee after one year of its due.
3. If he lost one of the membership conditions.
4. If he did any work or activity which harms/injures the Society
materially or literary, the membership is not dropped in this case,
except by the approval of the Society Council Admin.
Restoring Membership
It is possible by a decision from the Council Board, to return the
membership to the member who lost it, based on his request, if the
reasons of drawing his previous membership were removed.
